Stitch And Share Sessions

Working away at home on your hobby?  Fancy some company?  Or want some support in your art or craft work?  Why not join us @ The Gallery on a Friday morning?  From Friday May 1, we’ll be offering ‘Stitch and Share’ sessions, where you can work on your current project, meet like-minded people, share your skills and have a cup of coffee, too!  We aim to base these sessions on various aspects of Stitching as an art form, everything from cross stitch to machine stitching or hand knitting stitches.   No experience is needed and all abilities can be catered for!

The sessions will be hosted by local textile and mixed media artist Marion Barnett, who is happy to share her skills with you.  And if you want to bring other crafts, like scrapbooking, then please feel free!  Sessions will run every Friday morning from 1 May, from 10am – 12 noon, and cost £5 each.  Coffee, biscuits and advice on your projects provided!
